To change the password you use to login to your account and check your email, telnet into your server, type passwd and hit enter. You will be prompted to enter your current password, then a new password, and then the new password again for confirmation.

For security reasons, we don't keep your password on file, so if you forget your password we will just reset it to anything you want. If you would like us to reset your password, email us at support@ourvirtualmall.com and let us know your domain name, login name, new password, your name, company name, address, and phone number. We will then send a confirmation email to your account, to make sure the request came from you. We will have your password set up within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation message.
